The Hyundai Santa Fe is a sport utility vehicle (SUV) produced by South Korean manufacturer Hyundai since 2000. It was introduced in 2001 as Hyundai’s first SUV, so popular that the time that Hyundai had trouble supplying the demand. The second generation was produced from 2005 to 2011.

What engine is in Hyundai Santa Fe? The standard petrol engine is a 2.5-litre four-cylinder that makes 191-hp, and buyers can opt for the more powerful turbocharged 2.5-litre mill that makes 277-hp. Both pairs have an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard front- or optional all-wheel drive. There is also a new hybrid and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrains. Previously there was a 2.2 CRDi version.
