Coast2Coast Cars is a family-run business, established in 1999. We offer a personal and professional service. We have full knowledge of all the brands we offer and are able to advise you on specific issues concerning the vehicle of your choice.
We welcome private and business customers. Once you have built your car on our easy-to-use website we are just a phone call away to assist you with the purchase of your new vehicle.
What we offer
The services provided by C2CC Limited operating as Coast2coastcars.co.uk for use by our clients and website users.
The website is kept up to date by means of automatic data from our aligned industry partners. Whilst all reasonable endeavours are used to keep the sites up to date at times there may be times when the data on the sites has been superseded by events. This may particularly be the case where model availability is changing and where the UK Authorities changes tax regimes there may be some disruption experienced to the data presented. Our Dealers will advise you of any changes as soon as they become known as they apply to your enquiry / order. In any event at all times it is the client / user responsibility to check and validate the information provided prior to placing your order or making financial commitments.
All illustrative prices shown are inclusive of VAT and for vehicles includes, number plates, first vehicle registration and 12 months road fund licence. Home delivery costs, if requested will be confirmed when ordering. All prices are illustrative only and are subject to Dealer / Manufacturers price changes or changes to taxation charges. Our dealers will provide actual prices prior to client order, the dealers can also offer a full range of finance facilities from PCP to Contract Hire if required.
We act as a Broker sourcing vehicles and products via bulk agreements to provide the special discounts to our clients / website users. For cars we align vehicles delivery aspects to best in service U.K. Franchised Dealership. If you select to be contacted by the Dealer / Supplier they will look after your enquiry including advising on delivery & finance options. From time to time a member of the Coast 2 Coast staff may contact you, to ensure you are receiving the expected service from the supplier. Once you have placed your order we retain contact with the dealer/supplier regarding progress until delivery.
Whilst we shall endeavour to accurately reflect your wishes within the vehicle/product order form, it is your responsibility to ensure that any dealer contract documentation that you sign is accurate and that you have read any terms and conditions that may be applicable to your purchase.
Your contract for the purchase of your vehicle/product is with the UK Franchised Dealership or supplier and payment of deposit and final balance will be made direct to them. A deposit may be payable at point of order to the Supplier / UK Franchised Dealer when the order is accepted by them. The Supplier will contact you shortly after receiving the order to obtain the relevant deposit and confirm your order details.
- Data Protection Act
We are registered and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Accordingly, personal information relating to the purchase of your product/vehicle and/or finance arrangements will be retained by us and passed to the supplying dealer and/or financial organisation where applicable. We do not provide your data to any other 3rd party organisation beyond the UK Dealer network.
- Vehicle Order Cancellation
Any contract for the supply of the product/vehicle will be between yourselves and the supplier of the product/vehicle, and may still be binding on you. Please direct any such enquiries to the supplier.
- Product / Vehicle Order Liabilities
C2CC Limited does not accept responsibility for:
- Any faults or defects in the product / vehicle supplied; (if they exist, these matters should be directed to the dealer)
- Any losses that you may have with the level of service provided by the Supplier / Dealer; (if they exist, these matters should be directed to the dealer)
- Any loss or damage that you suffer arising out of any breach of contract by the Supplier / Dealer; (if they exist, these matters should be directed to the dealer)
- Any defect in the title of the Product / vehicle. (if they exist, these matters should be directed to the dealer)
Whilst we take every effort to find the most competitive price from Suppliers / franchised dealers within the UK, this area remains a fast flowing competitive sector and prices can change at short notice. However should you find an identical cheaper option within 7 days of your order please inform us immediately and we will assist you by adding our influence to any claim for compensation you may have against the suppler / dealer.
- Product / Vehicle Order Delivery
All arrangements must be agreed upon between you and the Supplier / UK Franchised Dealer. We do not accept any liability in the event that any product / vehicle is not delivered in accordance with any delivery arrangements you have agreed with the Supplier / Dealer.
- Product / Vehicle Purchase Statutory Rights
Your product / vehicle will be supplied with a product / manufacturer’s warranty and you may be able to purchase additional warranty cover from the Supplier / Dealer depending on the make and model of your vehicle / product. In addition, you retain your statutory rights with the Supplier / Dealer for the purchase of goods that comply with their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of Coast2coastcars.co.uk and associated linked sites (the “Sites”). The Sites are owned and operated by C2CC Limited. The Sites are a combination of a brochure and ecommerce websites. By using this Sites, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
All content published and made available on our Sites is the property of C2CC Limited and the Sites creators. This includes, but is not limited to prices and discounts provided, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Sites and its commercial proposition to you the client/user.
The services we provide to Clients / Users is set out in the Appendix below. As a user of our Sites, you agree to use our Sites legally, not to use our Sites for illegal purposes, and not to:
- Harass or mistreat other users of our Sites;
- Violate the intellectual property rights of the Sites owners or any third party to the Sites;
- Hack into the account of another user of the Sites;
- Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent; or
- Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive.
- If we believe you are using our Sites in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Sites. We also reserve the right to take legal steps to prevent access and or recover damages from you for misuse of the Sites and contents.
When you create an account on our Sites, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
- All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Sites illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Our Sites contain links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service linked to on our Sites. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party websites before using these sites.
Limitation of Liability
C2CC Limited and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Sites.
Except where prohibited by law, by using the Sites you indemnify and hold harmless C2CC Limited and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Sites or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Courts of England & Wales.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Sites and the way we expect users to behave on our Sites. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Sites.
